Yes - Since you plan to apply for a permit, I would start by asking your local code official if they will accept the use of ground screws. If they require it is building code approved or have additional questions, I would encourage you to share our ICC evaluation report(hyperlink) with them. American Ground Screw is the first company to have ground screws accepted into the building code, however, because it is such a new technology in the U.S. each jurisdiction views them differently. You can review the load capacities on page 11, table 5 to see if they meet your requirements.
